Thank you very much for this. Is it ok to share this document with some members of the IEEE Big Data Governance and Metadata Management Industry Connections Activity Working Group?

This working group is preparing a document entitled, Big Data Governance and Metadata Management: Standards Roadmap White Paper. Some of us would like to include a section in the white paper on preparing data for reuse. Many of the themes we discussed resonate with what is in IPELTU. I think it would be a very useful resource for the working group and by the time the white paper is finished we may be able to cite IPELTU as a CCSDS publication.

Please let me know if it is ok to share the IPELTU document with the IEEE folks.
