Agenda with agreements at the meeting in BOLD

1.	Report to CMC on DAI WG Future see draft with comments and initial
responses at

updated later today with further responses. CMC asked for the final version
to be delivered on 1st Feb. (15 Minutes) 

*	It was agreed that DG should make minor changes then send the
document to MOIMS AD and deputy AD and CESG chair and deputy chair with
cover note. The aim is to send this to CMC tomorrow (i.e. 1st Feb) as
requested by CMC or else inform them of the delay. 

2.	IPELTU see latest doc at

x?dl=0 - You will notice there are quite a few changes ( 15 Minutes) 

*	DG reported that significant changes were made in the next version
including: 

*	Use the definition of PHASE from PMBOK and clarify the text 
*	Update section 5 to make the matrix more readable and consistent
with the PMBOK approach - still need work for consistency 
*	Remove the details of LTDP and add to the block diagram of phases -
note the colour of LTDP operations should be grey 

3.	OAIS Update (and ISO 16363 Update) (http://review.oais.info/) (35
Minutes) 

1.	Begin working through Suggested Changes 

*	Expect to address 16 SCs this week 41, 179, 180, 210, 178, 181, 183,
184, 185, 211, 99, 95, 196, 93, 94, 212 

*	Agreed 41, 179, 180, 178, 181, 183, 184, 185, 211, 99, 95, 196, 93,
94 
*	Deferred for discussion next time 210, 212 and 97 (from last week)
