David,
I think we need 6 pointer PDF redirects inserted into the following directory:
http://public.ccsds.org/publications/archive/
1) 641x0b1.pdf - Points to new location for CCSDS 641.0‐B-2
2) 650x0b1.pdf - Points to new location for CCSDS 650.0‐M-2
3) 652x1m1.pdf - Points to new location for CCSDS 652.1‐M-2
4) 641x0b2.pdf - Points to new location for CCSDS 641.0‐B-2
5) 650x0m2.pdf - Points to new location for CCSDS 650.0‐M-2
6) 652x1m2.pdf - Points to new location for CCSDS 652.1‐M-2
Please confirm...
Thanks,
Brian

David,
The CCSDS.org <http://ccsds.org/> website was redeveloped from scratch in SharePoint 2013, and is now hosted on new servers.
We attempted to develop the new CCSDS.org <http://ccsds.org> website, so that the webpage URLs are almost identical to the old site.
But, there was no way to have the same location for the CCSDS publications. The features of SharePoint 2003 (old site) vs 2013 (new site) has changed so much, and there was no way to replicate the back-end structure in the same format.
We should be able to plug some redirects in for the documents. Other than 652x0m2.pdf what other documents require redirects?
As for the robots.txt, will discuss with the Server Administrator.
Thanks,
Brian

Dear Secretariat
A colleague pointed out to me that the URLs for documents on the website have recently been changed. For example, the link to OAIS – the most downloaded CCSDS document, and one to which a huge number of published papers point – has been changed!
It used to be <http://public.ccsds.org/publications/archive/652x0m2.pdf> http://public.ccsds.org/publications/archive/652x0m2.pdf but it is now <https://public.ccsds.org/Pubs/650x0m2.pdf> https://public.ccsds.org/Pubs/650x0m2.pdf
Please at least put in a re-direct so that “publications/archive” goes to “Pubs” so the millions of references will continue to work – or else move things back to the way they were because there are so many references to all the CCSDS documents.
This is especially critical right now for OAIS because we have just sent out the “old” link for the 5 year review – it makes CCSDS look incompetent.
I also note that the website has a robots.txt which can prevent harvesting of the website – it would be useful if that could also be changed because it is important that our CCSDS documents are discoverable.
Regards
..David
