We can probably find slots that work for some of the people some of the time, but not for all the people all of the time! So they will probably be more catch-up sessions rather than detailed discussions for people in the US.
If we keep pretty good notes online that people can read at their leisure that should help keep us synchronised. I suppose we could use Googledocs to allow everyone to edit/comment or just share a file on Dropbox.

I, unfortunately, am not any of these. Hopefully I will dream of you all. Keep up the good work and convert a few skeptics.

Hi Bruce,
This is same service we use for our weekly Tuesday meetings.
You should be able to start webex from your favorite browser by clicking on the link in the message. (I donāt remember for sure, but some software may be downloaded if you donāt have it already.) When you connect, there should be an option to connect audio through your computer or to call the dial in number. Or there are toll and toll-free number to dial into for most countries.
Times for meetings are:
Rome 9:00 AM Washington 3:00 AM Pasadena 12:00 midnight
12:30 AM Washington 6:30 AM Pasadena 3:30 AM
Rome 1:30 PM Washington 7:30 AM Pasadena 4:30 AM
5:30 PM 11:30 AM 8:30 AM
Sorry US folks. Our European colleagues will be in similar problem in 6 months when we meet in San Antonio.
Wishing you prosperity and peace,
-JOhn

So what is the US time Monday? Any secrets to Weber or do I just dial the number? Thanks.

Hi All,
Sorry for the flurry of messages from Webex.
Iāve scheduled meetings for each of our CCSDS DAI sessions.
As long as we have bandwidth and equipment to make this useful, I will start these meetings. If no one is connecting remotely, we may cut the feed.
Email me if the meeting isnāt active and you want to connect.
Wishing you prosperity and peace,
-JOhn
