[Moims-dai] Telecon follow-ups

Two documents attached that we revised during out telecon this morning:

 

The project phase mapping that is a candidate for the appendix in IPELTU

 

The overall integrated schedule, where we decided to incorporate the Ops
Concept into the ADD document.  This can be reversed if the ops concept
becomes so large that it needs to be a standalone document.  This also
shortened up our long range schedule.
