[Moims-dai] Apologies for meeting

I'll be in a meeting in Luxembourg so cannot make the meeting. I hope John or Mark can host.There will be a Data Management Plan workshop at CERN at 28-30 June.It would be very useful to have the doc pretty complete for circulation well before that, including the project stages so that it can be used as the basis for DMP work.
