Is that the same as saying the DC must be monitored e.g. changes in
Knowledgebase, which evolves?

I really like it. If OK, I would like to use this slide in some of my tasks.

 

Here is one comment though.

 

*  Need to define a target group (Designated Community) - those we guarantee
can understand - so we can test

 

The Designated Community is about the only and best choice. However I
believe that we can only assume that the Designated Community understands
and that we develop testable requirements based on their input.

 

Having worked with one Designated Community for several decades (or at least
the designated community representatives) my experience is that they are
continually working out "common" understandings.
