[Moims-dai] PAIS GB sent to secretariat

Hi all,

Following Mario Merri's agreement, the PAIS GB has been sent today to the CCSDS secretariat (even if there is still one open point that could lead to an update in a dedicated section (ESA SIP Builder license)).

This closes  a long march.

While conscious that this GB is perhaps not perfect, it is the result of a group effort that has done their best.

For that, and the effective result of all this effort covering many years, I thank  you all sincerely.
