Note: the historical minutes have been suppressed because already included in my email 25th March for the GB part, and I'm not sure it's necessary to keep now the general comments on ICP following all our previous discussions.

1 METS test case

Review and validation of the updates.
The test case is considered as "closed".

1.      2 Global review of test cases
Ok for Don and Daniele.
WG: content ok and good enough to be included in the complete document (after completion of the core).

2.      2 Core PAIS GB
DB: all UML figures updated.
WG: validation of the updates.
JG: section 4.3 updated.
WG: ok, with some comments from JG to be hold till the final review of the core.

2.      4 Information Curation Process -ICP
MM: main stages: proposal to replace "Proposal" by "Formulation", "Operational" by "Operation", "Lo,g Term Archival" by "Exploitation".
WG: ok

MM: need for an understanding of the whole scope of the lifecycle, regardless of preservation aspects, particularly in the diagram.
Furthermore, the content of the boxes is not at the same level.

A=>(JG): update the diagram (main stages) by 1.putting  the activities in each box, 2.giving the objective below the box.

DG: proposal to add a section "context" giving reference to the LTDP.
WG: ok

A=>(JG): add reference to the LTDP specific context.

Other points

=>Minutes of Caltech meeting: validation, with comments from MM and JG to be included in the document. The document will then be sent to the group.

=>Registry: Peter Shames asked if the DAI is interested to participate in the consolidation of registry recommendations and implementation strategy.
While there is a real interest in this activity, it appears that the WG has to concentrate on the end of the GB and the draft ICP standard. This question will be discussed again at least when the GB will have been finished.

=>Confirmation of space agencies participation in DAI: done by email or during the telecon:

Following the Caltech meeting, SH confirmed the NASA/PDS interest for the ICP.
