Hi Amber,
There should also be one from MIT Lincoln Labs on lunar optical comms. I put it through NASA's export control system for them. There was also and email about it last week. I'll find it and forward it to you.
Cheers,
Angela

Hi Team-
Just wanted to ping you all and make sure I am capturing all of the proposals we've received thus far. Here are the proposals received over the last two weeks, please let me know if you have others or if I've missed anything!

Dr.
Masaya Murata
JAXA
A) Japan Lunar Navigation Satellite System (LNSS) and Its Contribution Towards Lunar Augmented Navigation Service (LANS)
B) JAXA is now participating in the LunaNet Interoperability Specification (LNIS) Working Group for the interoperability among future lunar Comm&Nav (CPNT) systems. We are working with ESA/NASA for the joint establishment of the Lunar Augmented Navigation Service (LANS) that becomes the "Moon GNSS" and its first-ever interoperability and lunar PNT demonstration targeting in 2028. In this talk, I will present the current status of our Lunar Navigation Satellite System (LNSS) and ongoing international collaboration with ESA/NASA. I will also provide the latest on the upcoming lunar PNT panel at the ION GNSS+2024 and the joint ICG-IOAG multilateral cislunar PNT workshop.
Dr.
Alberto Montilla
Spatiam Corp
Building DTN capabilities in LunaNet Service Provider Networks - introduce key considerations for DTN interoperability for LunaNet when building service provider networks. These considerations include end-to-end and service provider security, routing, QoS and other operational considerations. Spatiam Corporation is building the SPATIAM DTN Platform, the first commercial DTN platform for space.

CCSDS frequency band recommendations related to lunar in-situ 3GPP 5G, WIFI and PNT -
A short presentation of the 883B CCSDS standard recommendations related to lunar (and martian) 5G and WIFI frequency bands, and their spacing to lunar in-situ PNT to ensure RF compatibility.
Links and full coherency between CCSDS and LunaNet Interoperability Specifications on this respect would be adressed.
The need for lunar wireless links in the 2.5-2.6 GHz band to be extended up to 2690 MHz would also be described.
Thank you.
