                        1.1. November 2023.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This Recommended Standard specifies channel coding and synchronization schemes for free space optical communications systems used by space missions. The current draft adds Optical On/Off Keying for high photon flux links.

The due date for receipt of review comments by the Secretariat is 23 January 2024.  CCSDS-ISO TC 20/SC 13 Liaisons may submit review comments directly to the CCSDS Secretariat.  More information is available at the Web site identified below.
