                         September 2022.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This draft Recommended 
Standard specifies formats for expressing a 
package of one or more services from a service provider to a mission user.

The due date for receipt of review comments by 
the Secretariat is 6 December 2022.  CCSDS-ISO TC 
20/SC 13 Liaisons may submit review comments 
directly to the CCSDS Secretariat.  More
