[Liaisons] CCSDS Review of CCSDS 505.0-P-2.1, XML Specification for Navigation Data Messages

The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on line and is available for CCSDS-ISO TC 20/SC 13 Liaison review:

     CCSDS 505.0-P-2.1. XML Specification for Navigation Data 
                        Messages. Pink Book. Issue 2.1. November 2022.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  The XML Specification for Navigation Data Messages Recommended Standard describes an integrated XML schema set that is suited to interagency exchanges of navigation data messages. The current draft update removes detailed material related to creating XML instantiations of the Orbit Data Messages (ODM) (this material is now described in the ODM version 3) and rearranges the document annexes relative to the previous version to conform to a guideline developed for all of the CCSDS Navigation Working Group documents.

The due date for receipt of review comments by the Secretariat is 1 February 2023.  CCSDS-ISO TC 20/SC 13 Liaisons may submit review comments directly to the CCSDS Secretariat.  More information is available at the Web site identified below.
