[Liaisons] CCSDS Review of CCSDS 131.2-P-1.1, Flexible Advanced Coding and Modulation Scheme for High Rate Telemetry Applications

line and is available for CCSDS-ISO TC 20/SC 13 Liaison review:

     CCSDS 131.2-P-1.1.  Flexible Advanced Coding and Modulation
                         Scheme for High Rate Telemetry Applications.
                         Pink Sheets.  Issue 1.1.  August 2021.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This Recommended Standard defines a Serially 
Concatenated Convolutional turbo Coding (SCCC) scheme for telemetry 
applications. The current draft update adds support for the Unified 
Space Data Link Protocol

The due date for receipt of review comments by the Secretariat is 1 
October 2021.  CCSDS-ISO TC 20/SC 13 Liaisons may submit review 
comments directly to the CCSDS Secretariat.  More information is
