[Liaisons] CCSDS Review of CCSDS 131.3-P-1.1, CCSDS Space Link Protocols over ETSI DVB-S2 Standard

The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on 
line and is available for CCSDS-ISO TC 20/SC 13 Liaison review:

     CCSDS 131.3-P-1.1.  CCSDS Space Link Protocols over ETSI DVB-
                         S2 Standard.  Pink Sheets.  Issue 1.1.
                         April 2021.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This CCSDS Recommended Standard defines a 
recommended interface between CCSDS Space Link Protocols and the 
DVB-S2 telecom standard, and recommends options of the DVB-S2 
standard suited to high-data-rate telemetry applications, such as 
Earth Exploration Satellite Services (EESS) payload telemetry. The 
current draft update adds support for the Unified Space Data Link 
Protocol (USLP).

The due date for receipt of review comments by the Secretariat is 13 
June 2022.  CCSDS-ISO TC 20/SC 13 Liaisons may submit review comments 
directly to the CCSDS Secretariat.  More information is available at
