[Liaisons] CCSDS Review of CCSDS 851.0-P-1.1, Spacecraft Onboard Interface Services—Subnetwork Packet Service

The following draft CCSDS Recommended Practice has been placed on 
line and is available for CCSDS-ISO TC 20/SC 13 Liaison review:

     CCSDS 851.0-P-1.1.  Spacecraft Onboard Interface Services--
                         Subnetwork Packet Service.  Pink Book.
                         Issue 1.1.  March 2019.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  The Recommended Practice defines the services 
and service interfaces provided by the Spacecraft Onboard Interface 
Services (SOIS) Subnetwork Packet Service. The current draft update 
adds compatibility with SOIS Electronic Data Sheet (SEDS) along with 
improvements and clarifications..

The due date for receipt of review comments by the Secretariat is 3 
May 2019.  CCSDS-ISO TC 20/SC 13 Liaisons may submit review comments 
directly to the CCSDS Secretariat.  More information is available at 
the Web site identified below.
