[Liaisons] CCSDS Review of CCSDS 133.0-P-1.1, Space Packet Protocol

The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on 
line and is available for CCSDS-ISO TC 20/SC 13 Liaison review:

     CCSDS 133.0-P-1.1.  Space Packet Protocol.  Pink Book.
                         Issue 1.1.  August 2019.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This Recommendation specifies the protocols, 
services, and procedures pertaining to the CCSDS Packet.  The current 
draft update removes networking-type terminology and implied 
functionality and updates the specification for consistency with 
modern data communication practices.

The due date for receipt of review comments by the Secretariat is 11 
October 2019.  CCSDS-ISO TC 20/SC 13 Liaisons may submit review 
comments directly to the CCSDS Secretariat.  More information is 
available at the Web site identified below.
