[Liaisons] CCSDS Review of CCSDS 401.0-RP-27.1, Radio Frequency and Modulation Systems­Part 1: Earth Stations and Spacecraft

The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on 
line and is available for CCSDS-ISO TC 20/SC 13 Liaison review:

    CCSDS 401.0-RP-27.1.  Radio Frequency and Modulation Systems--
                          Part 1: Earth Stations and Spacecraft.  .
                          Issue 27.1.  August 2017.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  Numerous concise recommendations appear in the 
notebook volume bearing the number 401.0-B.  Each recommendation is 
dated, and the most recent revision is shown in the table of 
contents.  These Recommendations are developed for conventional 
near-Earth and deep-space missions having moderate communications 
requirements.  The current draft updates recommendations 2.1.4A and 
2.1.4B, deletes recommendations 2.1.8A and  2.1.8B, and adds new 
recommendation 2.6.11A.


The due date for receipt of review comments by the Secretariat is 
2017-9-29.  CCSDS-ISO TC 20/SC 13 Liaisons may submit review comments 
directly to the CCSDS Secretariat.  More information is available at
