[Liaisons] CCSDS Review of CCSDS 876.1-R-2, SOIS EDS DoT Specification

The following draft CCSDS Recommended Practice has been placed on 
line and is available for CCSDS-ISO TC 20/SC 13 Liaison review:

        CCSDS 876.1-R-2.  Spacecraft Onboard Interface Services--
                          Specification for Dictionary of Terms for
                          Electronic Data Sheets.  Red Book.  Issue 
2.  June 2016.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This draft Recommended Practice defines the 
SOIS Specification for Dictionary of Terms (DoT) for Electronic Data 
Sheet (EDS). The SOIS DoT provides the vocabulary for electronically 
defining the interfaces offered by flight components such as sensors, 
actuators, and software components over the SOIS Services. The 
current draft incorporates changes in response to comments received 
from the first review.


The due date for receipt of review comments by the Secretariat is 
2016-8-22.  CCSDS-ISO TC 20/SC 13 Liaisons may submit review comments 
directly to the CCSDS Secretariat.  More information is available at 
the Web site identified below.
