The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on 
line and is available for CCSDS-ISO TC 20/SC 13 Liaison review:

        CCSDS 509.0-R-1.  Pointing Request Message.  Red Book.
                          Issue 1.  December 2015.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This draft Recommended Standard defines the 
Pointing Request Message (PRM), a standardized format that allows 
space agencies and operators to exchange information about requested 
(sequences of) changes to the attitude of the spacecraft or to an 
articulated spacecraft component.


The due date for receipt of review comments by the Secretariat is 
2016-3-8.  CCSDS-ISO TC 20/SC 13 Liaisons may submit review comments 
directly to the CCSDS Secretariat.  More information is available at
