Through an online poll ended 6 September 2004, the membership of the CCSDS
Management Council has given its approval for the publication of CCSDS
502.0-B-1, Orbit Data Messages, as a Recommended Standard.
  
By direction of Secretariat Management, non-responders to the poll are
considered to have given their consent to publish the document.
 
The document will be posted to the list of approved CCSDS documents at
www.ccsds.org shortly.
