Subject: [Css-rasg] May meetings planning
CCSDS Colleagues,
The reference architecture BOF has the following meeting times allocated at the May CCSDS meetings:
Tue, PM; Wed PM; and Thu AM.
To begin sketching out the agenda for these meetings my proposal is that we reserve the Tuesday and Wednesday time for the BOF proper and that we reserve most if not all of the Thursday time to reconvene a "super BOF/SIG" session similar to that which occurred at the ESTEC meetings in October. I saw the word "amphitheater" associated with the Thursday morning allocation so hopefully this would then also argue for having the larger session at that time.
For the Tuesday and Wednesday sessions the proposal is to focus on reviewing the concept developed to date and spend Wednesday making any adjustments preparing for discussion on Thursday with the larger audience. Comments, as always, welcome.
Best regards,
-Erik
