Colin,

Thanks very much for the ESA mission scenario inputs. I do have one minor question: does in orbit "validation" really mean "verification"? It is also possible for me to read this as a "commissioning" or "checkout" exercises for spacecraft when it reaches a particular orbit.  Any elaboration you may have would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I believe at this point we have sufficient inputs to begin coalescing what should be more or less the CCSDS member agencies set of scenarios to present to CESG.   I will attempt to provide a first draft of that in time for the telecon next week.
