[Css-csts] Goodbye

Hi everyone,

 

About a year ago Marcin introduced me to CCSDS and to this working group.
Over the past year I've worked on several different topics, but I've decided
to narrow my focus going forward. After discussing it with Marcin, I will be
stepping away from CCSDS.

 

Thank you for the opportunity to be part of the group - I wish you all the
best with your standardization work.
