[Css-csts] Review of Configurable FRM Prameters

Hello Tim and All,
Please find attached an FRM HTML export, which addresses (well, tries to) your point of getting an overview, which FR parameters are configurable and which are monitoring only. Is that what you had in mind?

At the beginning of each FR we have now a listing of parameters with a label in front, which tells if it is Monitored only or also Configured. Of course there are options we can discuss, e.g.

  *   Show only configured parameters
  *   Use two columns, one for monitored parameters, one for configured
  *   Make it pretty

Any comment?
