[Css-csts] MD-CSTS Pink Book on CWE

I have generated the first draft of the MD-CSTS Pink Book to make it consistent with the version 2 SFW, update references, etc. I have posted it on the CWE at

Please note that I checked the MD book for the subnode anomaly that was found in the TD book and and raised in the spring workshop, but found it not be be an issue for the MD book.
