[Css-csts] Updated FF-CSTS review package on CWE

I have uploaded a zip file containing the latest draft of the FF-CSTS candidate Blue Book and the accompanying RID package:

The updates since the previous draft are:

1.      Changes resulting from the decision to remove the service-generic parameter OIDs from the SFW and require that each CSTS define its own production-status parameter and production-status-change and production-configuration-change events in the context of the associated CSTS Provider functional resource; and

2.      Re-mapping the procedure configuration parameters to the functional resource parameters that set (and control) their values.

This version does not cover the most-recent change to the SFW - the decision to redefine the scope of the service-user-responding-timer configuration parameter of the AC procedure such that it now may not be necessary for all CSTSes. The change(s) to the FF book that will result from this decision are pending clarification of details that hopefully will be resolved next week.
