[Css-csts] CSTS SFW B-2 Update

Dear CSTS Colleagues,
Wolfgang has provided the close to final SFW B-2 updates, which you can 
find here on the CWE:

The updates have been closely coordinated with John and aligned with the 
Forward Frame book. Please have a look, I suggest to discuss the next 
steps in our telecon on Thursday.
