[Css-csts] Review of MoM from Fall Meeting

Thank you for sending the MoM .

I have no comment for the draft.

I will ask JAXA service provider to collect current information about JAXA stations
related to MD-CSTS, though JAXA services users compared JAXA station monitoring information
with MD-CSTS last year.
