[Css-csts] Updated draft (v0.5) of Forward Frame CSTS on CWE

I have uploaded draft version 0.5 of the Forward Frames CSTS book to the CWE at URL

Compared to the previous draft (0.4), the current draft:

-          Updates section 2 of the Forward Frames (FF) CSTS Draft Recommended Standard to (a) accurately reflect the technical content of the normative sections of the specification. (b) align the descriptions of the provision and production functions with those of the Functional Resources that represent those functions, and (c) generalize the description of the service to recognize its usability with forward space data link protocols beyond Telecommand and AOS (in particular, the forthcoming Unified Space Data Link Protocol)

-          Changes read-only parameters that had been previously cast as procedure configuration parameters to be service management parameters of the FF-CSTS Provider Functional Resource.

-          Modified terminology to clarify that when a service management parameter contains the value used to set the initial value of procedure configuration parameters, the same value is used for all instances, without making any assumptions about whether the multiple values are set by complex management or by the service provider.
