[Css-csts] [CSS-CSTS] Updated Concept Book

Dear CSTS Colleagues, 
On behalf of Wolfgang I am sending the updated concept book.

The most apparent change is that the definitions of terms are now in 
section 1 rather than in annex A. This change is to comply with the 
Publications Manual. Given that the discussion of blocking operations 
could provoke the false impression that the exchange of PDUs between 
procedures instances of a given service instance is mutually 
independent, three notes have been added on pages 6-1 to 6-2 that 
hopefully avoid such misinterpretation. Other than that I only came 
across some editorial issues such as broken cross references, terms we 
no longer use in the SFW that however still showed up in the Concept 
book and the like. In other words, as expected, the book did not require 
any technically significant updates and could in my view be released to 
go Green.
