[Css-csts] CSTS Working Group Telecon - change of date

Dear CSTS Working Group members,

our next WG telecon is planned by 21 September. Unfortunately,  however, I 
have to move that telecon to another date, as I've had to schedule another 
activity for that day.
I propose to move it by one week, that is to 28 September,  at 16:00 CEST.
Please let me know if that date would be all right with  you. If not, 
please let me  have a date that suits you.
