[Css-csts] Fw: CSTS WG Telecon 1

Dear WG Mambers, 
I have received a request from Tim Pham to delay  our WG Telecon by one 
week, namely until Thursday 9th February , at the same time ( 16:00 to 
17:00 CET).
I have no problem with that but,  please, before I  re-schedule the 
meeting, let me know  who of you can make it,

Hi Margherita,
I have one favor to ask.  My schedule is somewhat constrained this week. 
If there is no impact/constraint to your and the rest of the team?s 
schedule, it would be helpful if the meeting is delayed until next week. 
Same Thursday time slot is okay. 
If this change poses some logistic difficulty, not to worry.  I?ll work 
around it.
