[Css-csts] SC-CSTS book number

I have entered that book number in the relevant Draft Project of CWE's 
Management Framework.
For your info,  a couple of days ago we have received from Tom also the 
book number for Forward Frame CSTS ( 922.4), which I have entered  as well 
in the relevant Draft Project.
