[Css-csts] SFW ASN.1 uploaded - minor correction of the SFW

CSTS SFW - Final version for Blue Book) the ASN.1 specification in plain 
text format of the SFW. The name of the file is SFW ASN1 160205.asn. The 
changes compared to the earlier version are:
- full specification of the OID root (the '1' for iso was missing; thank 
you Holger for spotting this);
- correction of the OID of a few modules where erroneously '4' had been 
used for the csts node rather than '1';
- few typographical corrections in comments.

I have also uploaded to the same folder a new version of the SFW itself 
which contains the above listed updates. The full specification of the 
ISO OID root entailed also some updates of the SFW text and of some 
figures. The name of the file is 921x1r2 20160205.
