I reviewed the update of the TD-CSTS_W-0-10-15721 you put on the CWE on 21.07.
I made the review with the FW-CSTS_921x1r2 20150708 (that has already changed a bit since).
I hope it helps making the document ready for prototyping.

- chap 1.7 page 1-9: version of reference 1 is over dated :)
- chap 2.2.1 page 2-3: tracking data type "angle data" is missing here.
- chap 2.2.2 page 2-4: it is said "The data delivery mode is defined by the data delivery mode of the Buffered Tracking Data Message Delivery procedure". But in chapter 2.1 it is written "The data delivery mode ... 
is established by Service Management prior to the beginning of the service provision period". Does that fit together?
- chap 2.5 page 2-7: typo delete one of both "in the" on the third line
- chap 3.2 page 3-2: Should the Information Query Version not be "-" 
instead of "1"?
- beginning with chapter 5, the CONTENTS section at begin of document (page xii) is not in line with the chapter numbers. Please generate it new.
- chap 5.2 page 5-1 and chap 5.3 page 5-1: these chapters speak about "managed parameter". There is no description or reference to the FW-CSTS that explains this notion. Could you add this somewhere?
- chap 5.4.2 page 5-3: figure 5.42 in reference document 1 FW-CSTS not found.
- annex A3.2 page A-2: delete the second word "content" of the paragraph.
- annex C page C-1: change "bddStartStartInvocExt" to "bddStartInvocExt" 
like defined in FW-CSTS page 321.
- annex D page D-1: typo change "OBJRCT" to "OBJECT" in the middle of the page.
- annex D page D-1: typo in TrackingDataType definition, change "natennaAngles" to "antennaAngles".
- annex E page E-2 (in point a) and page E-3 (last line of page) typo change "tDMrecordingBufferSize" to "tdmRecordingBufferSize".
- annex E4.1 page E-3: typo there is a "outside" to much at the end of the first paragraph.
- annex E4.2.3 page E-4: typo change "tDMrecordingBufferOverflow" to "tdmRecordingBufferOverflow".
