[Css-csts] CCSDS - Draft MoM of CSTS WG Fall Meetings

Dear CSTS WG members,

I have updated the draft of the CSTS MD prototype interoperability test report (MD yellow book) in conformance (I hope) with what we have said during the last meetings in Darmstadt (Framework test have been removed and the notification procedure test scenarios have been corrected).
The new version of this MD  yellow book is located in CWE private/CSTS prototypes/ yellow book test report_20151119.
I have also made some small modifications in the scenario presentation file. So I have replaced the previous one uploaded yesterday in meeting materials/2015 Fall Darmstadt. Its name is now MD_prototype_status_20151119.
