[Css-csts] Action item A#04-1013

Dear CSTS WG colleagues,

I was assigned action item A#1-1114 to check the content of the uploaded yellow book, in order to align its content  to the standard document structure..

I have uploaded a newer version of the yellow book document that should be in line with the last version of the framework specification .
