[Css-csts] CSTS SFW Red-2 - Outcome of Agency review and way forward.

Dear CSTS WG Members,
following the  completion of  Agency review of the CSTS Specification 
Framework, I have uploaded all the review material to the CWE.
In the newly created directory :
CWE--> CSTS SFW Red-2 Review material

you will find the set of RIDs originated by NASA and ESA, as well as the 
book itself,  in two versions ( MSWord and pdf).
The RIDs of editorial kind will be implemented in the coming days, whilst 
those affecting the technical content of the book will be discussed by the 
WG at the Fall meeting, in order to produce the answers to the originators 
and, possibly, implement the change required by the RID.
