[Css-csts] CSS-CSTS WG - Agenda for the Fall Meeting

Dear CSTS WG Members,
the draft Agenda for the Fall Meeting has been uploaded to the CWE.
This time the CCSDS meetings will last 5 days, but I have combined the 
activities of CSS-CSTS WG such that they can be completed within 4 days.

However, on the fifth day there will be area-level activities, which 
everybody is welcome to attend :
-  joint CSSM-CSTS meeting on forward and return file transfer concept
-  CCS Area Closing plenary

Please have a look at the Agenda, and  let me know if you have comments.
