[Css-csts] TD CSTS and MoM available on CWE

Dear CSS-CSTS WG Members,

please take note of the following updates:

- as per John's e-mail, the "Tracking Data CSTS" has been updated and 
uploaded to the CWE, at  
http://cwe.ccsds.org/css/docs/CSS-CSTS/CWE%20Private/Future%20Services%20using%20Toolkit/Tracking%20Data%20CSTS/TD-CSTS_W-0%208-140521.doc
 The book is now available for  review and assessment by the WG members. 
Please provide your comments by 18th June. 
  After that point in time, I will coordinate with John, in case an update 
of the document is required. 
 Then, the book can be sent to AD for issuing the resolution.

- I have uploaded the final version of the MoM from the Spring Meeting 
(under "Meeting Material) . There, mainly the tables of the WG products 
have been updated with the relevant status.
