Dear Erik,
the CSTS Specification Framework has been finalized, with all refinements produced after the San Antonio Meetings, and also including a final round of comments originated during a two-weeks review period allowed to the Working Group members.
The attached e-mail from Wolfgang provides the link where the document can be found on CWE.
The CSTS SFW is therefore ready for submission to Secretariat, in order to start the Review process as Red-2.
Many thanks to Wolfgang for the great work done,  and to all contributors and reviewers, notably John and Yves.

I have just uploaded to the CWE a zip archive that contains:
- the draft Red-2 of CCSDS 921x1 with all changes since the San Antonio
meeting tracked and updated as per all WG inputs;
- the associated ASN.1 as text file;
- the associated OID tree as Excel spreadsheet.
