[Css-csts] About the draft Red-2 of CCSDS 921x1

I am Zhang Liping,working for BITTT which became CCSDS observer agency in 2010.I have just looked through the draft Red-2 of CCSDS 921x1 on CWE.I am afraid that there is a little omission that BITTT is not in the observer agencies list in the draft.I didn't find out that during agency reviewing phase.I appologize for  the inconvenience brought to you.
