[Css-csts] Updated Forward Procedures uploaded to the CWE

Dear CSTS WG Members,

Further to the decisions taken at the last CSTS telecon, I have updated the
forward procedures in preparation of their integration into the Framework. I
have uploaded these revised versions (version 15) of the three Forward
Procedures to the CWE at
                                                                              
 Cross Support Services Area (CSS) > Documents > CSS-CSTS > CWE Private >     
 Working Materials > DPP Working Papers                                       
                                                                              


None of the changes highlighted in version 13 and 14 has been accepted before
creating version 15.
