[Css-csts] CSS-CSTS W.G. - Next teleconference needs to be postponed

Dear  CSTS W.G. Colleagues,
unfortunately, I cannot stick to the agreed date of the next W.G. 
Teleconference, which is foreseen for  24 January, due to other 
commitments.
Bearing in mind the constraints from the other ESA members of the W.G., 
the first date we can propose is 7th February.
Please let me know if you can make it. 
If not, please let me have your possible dates.

I take the opportunity to remind all W.G. members that an updated version 
of the CSTS FW (921x1r2[Draft 201212] - Return Services.doc) has been 
uploaded on the CWE by Yves in December (details can be found  in Yves' 
e-mail from 18.12.2012).
To that version we have received John's comments.
I invite all  other members to also review the document and provide any 
comment in time for the Teleconference.
We should finalise the discussion on outstanding issues on the Return 
Services in that occasion.

Obviously, we will also work on the progress of the Forward procedures.
An agenda will be distributed together with the invitation.
