[Css-csts] Minute of Meeting from Bordeaux meeting.

Dear WG Members,
I have uploaded the Minute of Meeting from the Spring Meeting in Bordeaux to
the CWE, under:  Meeting Materials--> 2013 Spring Meeting Bordeaux.
Please read it through and let me have your comments.

Particularly, look into the schedule of Teleconferences and Mini-WG meetings,
and let me have your availability.
If any date does not suit you, please propose an alternative date.

The due date for comments is 30th April.

Concerning the actions, only those having some major work implied are
recorder in the Action Register at the beginning of the MoM.
All the decisions relevant to small or editorial changes to a document or a
paper are contained in the text of the MoM itself.
So, please read the MoM carefully.
