[Css-csts] (Simple) Data Delivery Procedure Version 9

Martin and members of the CSTS WG,

I have reviewed version 9 of the PROCESS-DATA operation and Data Processing procedure. My comments are in the form of a marked-up version of your document, titled "Simple DPP V9-JVP comments". I have uploaded it to the same DPP Working Papers folder as the original. To distinguish my comments, I first accepted all of the changes that were in the original version 9.

 

I realize that I have not been participating in this area for quite some time, and some of my comments may have already been raised in the past. I apologize if I have raised any issues that have already been discussed and discarded. Hopefully more of my comments will be useful than those that are not.
