[Css-csts] CSS-CSTS W.G. teleconference . Reschedule

The 27th is the only day that I would have a conflict.  If that is the only day that works for everyone else, I may be able to adjust my schedule to accommodate a teleconference on the 27th.  I would prefer the 29th.

Dear All,

as announced some time ago, the next  CSTS W.G. teleconference is planned to
take place on  28 March.
However, it appears that also the Teleconference of the SM Working Group will
take place on that day.
Please let me know if any other date during that week (26 to 30 March) would
suite you. If we find a suitable date, I have no problem in rescheduling our
Telecon.
