Dear W.G. Members,
in his e-mail  from 9th July Yves announced  the finalisation of the CSTS 
Specification Framework update (for Return Services only) ,
The book reflects the outcome of the brainstorming between John Pietras 
and ESA (Yves, Wolfgang and myself).

 I would like to invite all other W.G. and Area members to give a final 
look at the book, before this will be submitted to the CCSDS Secretariat 
(via the Area Director).

Please let me have your comments by 15 August.

Dear all,

I just uploaded to the CWE (CWE-Private/CSTS Framework and Concept) the
following 2 documents:
   921x1r2[Draft 201207] - Return Services: Specifications with updated 
ASN.1
   921x1r2[Draft 201207] - ASN.1: ASN.1 text file

I checked the syntax of the ASN.1 with a parser.

In my opinion, the book can be sent to Secretariat for processing.
