[Css-csts] CSTS Framework new draft - Return Services only

Dear all,

With a few days delay I completed the updates agreed during our last
teleconference.

Please find attached an extract of the book covering:
   Figure 2.1 (p.2-3): Updated to remove the forward procedures;
   The updated Cyclic procedure state table proposing an update of a derived
   procedure:
   - Section 1.6.3.2.6 (p.1-13), item 12 introducing derived state tables;
   - Cyclic Report procedure state table (p.4-41 and 4-42)

I uploaded the new version of the Framework on the CWE under the name:
"921x1r2[Draft 201204] - Return Services.pdf".
This new version will be the basis for our meeting starting on Monday
16.04.2012.
